If you selected our free shipping option at checkout your order may not include a tracking number. For all Canadian untracked orders the estimated delivery timeline is 2-10 business days. For all USA untracked orders the estimated delivery timeline is 5-12 business days.
If your order was sent with a tracking number please continue to monitor your online tracking as it will have the most up to date information. If there is a delay or your items seem to be in transit for a prolonged period of time please contact the courier service’s customer service line or submit a claim form through the courier’s website.
All orders are packed and shipped from Victoria, BC Canada. Delivery timelines are based on proximity from this location.
Our customer service team can take up to 3 business days to respond to customer inquiries based on ticket volumes. Business days do not include Saturday, Sunday and Canadian statutory holidays. During sale periods or the holiday season our response time can be 3-5business days due to increased volume. Our team will always try their best to get back to you as quickly as possible, your patience is appreciated.
Please submit a ticket with your updated address. Our customer service team will do their best to accommodate your request, but please be aware that these changes are not always possible due to order and customer service volumes. Updates to orders may cause a delay in shipment.
Please submit a ticket to request an exchange. We can accept an exchange on all items that are unworn, undamaged and still within their original hang tag packaging and received within the past 30 days. In your ticket, we request you provide information on the item you are returning as well as the item you wish to exchange for. Please include your original paper packing slip that was included with your order for our team to reference. Once your order is received at our warehouse our team will reach out to complete the exchange. If your desired item is not available, we are happy to make an exchange for any item that is of equal or lesser value.
Please submit a ticket to request a return. We can accept returns on all items that are unworn, undamaged and still within their original hang tag packaging and received within the past 30 days. In your ticket, we request you provide information on the item you are returning. Please include your original paper packing slip that was included with your order for our team to reference. Once your order is received at our warehouse our team will complete the inspection and reach out to complete the return.
