All purchases outside of a promotion/ sale date range are not eligible for partial return or exchange.
Discount codes or promotions received after an order has been processed online cannot be applied to a processed order.
Promotional offers and discount codes will automatically apply to the item(s) of lesser value within an order, unless otherwise specified in the offer text.
Multiple discount codes and promotions cannot be stacked or applied to 1 order.
If applicable, promotional offer and discount code expiration dates will be listed within the original offers text.

Orders not received after 12-business days of fulfillment will have an undelivered service ticket submitted with the corresponding courier for investigation. Once a response is received from the courier, undelivered orders will be replaced or refunded (based on available inventory).
Orders with incorrect or incomplete addresses will not be replaced or refunded.
We are unable to update or reroute your order once it has dispatched.
All return, exchange, lost, and damaged product requests must be submitted through our contact page -- include your order number, date of purchase, name, and photos of any manufacture defects. Please allow 1-2 business days for review and a response.
