Returns are accepted within 30-days of purchase. Refunds will be issued in the same form as original payment received and will take 5-7 business days to reflect on your bank statement. Return shipping fees will apply.

Warranty covers manufacturer defects within the first 30 days of purchase.
- Eligible warranty products will be replaced for free.
- If the exact product is unavailable, a replacement of equal value will be offered.
- Products damaged during the opening process (improper hangtag removal) are not eligible for warranty.
- Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, or user error.
All purchases outside of a promotion/ sale date range are not eligible for partial return or exchange.

- Orders not received after 14-business days of fulfillment will be replaced or refunded (based on available inventory).
- Orders with incorrect or incomplete addresses will not be replaced.
- We are unable to edit or reroute your order once it has dispatched.
All return, exchange, lost, and damaged product requests must be submitted through our contact page -- include your order number, date of purchase, name, and photos of any manufacture defects. Please allow 1-2 business days for review and a response.
